What's in a name?

My friend commented when I decided to start my knitting blog that it was a dumb idea and that there were already so many knitting blogs that there's shouldn't be another. Hench, not another knit girl. Not the cleverest thing but funny no less. We're headed to Renaissance Fair in a couple of weekends and my significant other's cousin is having a baby and we're going to the baby shower next Sunday so I hope I can whip something up before then. I'm in a bit of a fog right now. I'm so busy with work that knitting is darn near impossible. We're headed to Atlanta next weekend and Trader Joe's is sure to be a stop. If you've never been go now. I'm considering buying a case of wine and opening a bottle a year until the case is gone. I'd like to keep some wine and let it age. I'm not a wino really but maybe with practice. I've got a baby blanket on the needles, an afghan, a sock, and I need to start in on something for a baby. I've been trying to find a very basic cap but no luck so far. I don't want to buy a new book just for babies though really it may be a good idea considering how many of the people I know seem to be reproducing recently. I may already have one buried somewhere. The job hunt continues for the boyfriend. I hope he finds something soon. It's so stressful. I'm going to work myself to death I swear. I'm up for a position with another company and it's about 15k more than I make now but it's also another twenty minutes away so I may end up spending that 15k in gas money. Or I may just move. We'll find out soon enough.
